2way turns your LiveChat conversations into a growing SMS subscriber base and then into revenue, generating campaigns. Every chat becomes a chance to invite a customer to join your list, confirm their number, and stay in touch long after they've closed the window.

Before you send your first message, there are two required steps. We know "required" isn't a word anyone loves on day one, but both exist for a reason and both take just a few minutes.


Step 1 — Complete the onboarding form (required)

The first thing you'll see after installing 2way is a short brand registration form. Please fill it in right away — we can't activate SMS sending without it.

Why it's required: US mobile carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) only deliver business SMS from brands registered under 10DLC (The Campaign Registry) or Toll free. Without a completed registration, your messages to US numbers will be filtered, throttled, or blocked at the carrier level regardless of how good your copy is.

The form collects the information TCR needs to approve your brand: legal entity name, EIN/registration number, website, use case, and sample message content. Once submitted, approval typically takes 1–3 business days.

💡 Even if you're not targeting the US today, completing the form now means you're ready the moment you want to expand.


Step 2 — Talk to your Account Manager (required)

After you submit the form, your dedicated Account Manager will reach out to finalize setup. This call is mandatory for every new account — it's not a sales pitch, it's the handover.
